No woman would do this, I’m sorry. The odds of it being a woman are highly unlikely. Everything about the images scream man. Stature, everything. They estimate this man is 5’10.”

IF he is involved, he could have waited for her to leave in the Uber, unlocked the back door, then headed back home. That would explain how the perp got in the house since there was no forced entry.

The plan to disable the front camera, go in the back and take Nancy out the front is falling apart with this footage.

It is possible that she did not typically lock her door. I know lots of people, even older folks, who never lock their doors. Some don’t even know where their house key is. Boggles my mind because my doors are locked all the time, whether I’m home or not.

If it was common for her to leave doors unlocked, it could explain why she was targeted if someone knew that.

For those not familiar:

Occam’s razor in crime, or the principle of parsimony, dictates that the simplest explanation requiring the fewest assumptions is usually the most likely to be correct. When investigating, it favors common sense and directly verifiable evidence over complex conspiracies or convoluted theorieS.

Except it isn't always true and constantly leads to innocent spouses being accused and police not investigating actual leads becase of such base assumptions.

Latina?? Do you mean Latino?

It is not him. The reason why they released these videos is b/c they cleared the family and anyone close to them of wrongdoing.

It’s a house with many bedrooms. A house of that size in Tucson would likely have several sets of patio doors outside and she might only use one regularly. Any service provider could have unlocked one days or weeks prior and likely no one would notice if it was in a den or guest bedroom or formal dining room or something like that.

No intelligent and cognitively alert elderly woman in their 80s with heart and mobility issues and needing a cane to walk would live alone in a fairly large home (3000 sq feet) with no dogs or active alarm system or caregiver or functioning Ring/Nest camera.

Good point, though in that case the perp probably would not have come through the front door, which had the camera.

Someone close to the family wouldn’t have been surprised to encounter a doorbell camera.

Exactly. This was probably someone in the area prepared to burglarize homes. Shoving flowers on the camera says they aren't a regular burglar. They aren't really experienced dealing with cameras. Who wears a gun at their crotch like that. That's a big tell.

So Ashleigh banfield was correct?

Hopefully once they find the actual perp, Ashleigh is taken off the air and cancelled.

Have you ever observed a man before? He is a tall man over 6', this man is about 5'10 per experts on CNN/NBC.

He looks 5’5
