I have question for the folks that bought a home in Mt Prospect: what's the rough construction timeline? TB says 12-14 months for a Kalorama, but I'd love to hear from you all on the actual experience.

Took us 14 months during the pandemic when supplies were short (2020-2021).

Previous poster here…we were originally told 9 months. That turned into 14 bc of the pandemic and supply chain issues.

The houses just keep selling - even during the winter low season. 😀

As a current Windmill resident, I can say Toll is really moving on these homes. It’s the most construction activity I’ve seen since I moved in a year and a half ago.

For anyone who recently bought…are they throwing in anything? When we bought 2 years ago, they gave us 15k in design center and about 20k in upgrades…just wondering if they’ve loosened their belts? Prices so high currently!
