Border agents are not patrolling. They are processing.

Biden has not heeded their calls for increased border security. He has not listened to the border towns that have already declared emergencies because there are 10,000 migrants entering daily.

It is the Democrats who are refusing to fund border security. They want to allocate money to "processing." It is like using a bucket to bail out a sinking ship instead of plugging the hole.

DP. Thank you. There is absolutely no way the border could be more mismanaged than it already is. We are not going to have a government shutdown, but if we did, you wouldn't even notice a change on the border. Millions would simply continue to flood in.

This can't be right, I've been told over and over again by conservatives that even floating the idea of "defunding the police" is the sole cause of decreased policing and increased crime.

If all these extra murders in DC are because someone somewhere said "we should defund the police" and nobody ever even even did it, who can even imagine what apocalyptic nightmare scenario will result from asking law enforcement on the border to work without any pay at all?! When localities defund the police, as some have, and severely cut funding, that means there is less funding to maintain a police force and hire and recruit additional officers which then means there are fewer police to make arrests and patrol the streets.

They're already starting to resemble dystopian wastelands, but maybe that's how you prefer your cities?

That's not what she said. She said she wouldn't be surprised if the Chinese, Russians, and NK are smuggling agents into the country with the help of cartels, and she's right. Add Iran to that list.

The border IS open when anyone coming across can say "asylum" and be allowed to enter. Very few are deported.
