Sometimes I wonder if I should actually fill out these FCPS surveys. I feel like in a couple of months/years it will be a "I got ya moment". They always seem to manipulate the data to fit their agenda and they already have a pretty good idea of what the responses will be without the survey.

Longtime FCPS parent and alumna; I no longer complete ANY FCPS surveys for the reasons you mentioned.

What they mostly want is a larger body of community “preferences” and “priorities” that they can pick and choose from while disregarding the rest. It’s absurd they pay a consultant large amounts for what is just intended to give SB members additional cover for decisions that invariably will continue to reflect the personal agendas of individual, self-serving members.

Yep. The entire COVID era, starting from March 13, 2020, is a prime example. They pretend to be considering everyone's opinions, but in reality they couldn't care less.
