I doubt he would have gotten away with it. In this day and age of phone forensics, plus the disposal of the bodies being at his work - Shannan in a shallow grave and a sheet laying around marking the spot? Unless he had a very clever plan for moving her. I have to believe the investigators would have checked the tanks.
Plus the fact that he called the school to disenroll them the morning he disposed of them? And he still might have eventually taken a polygraph, and failed. He's not only a terrible human being, he is the opposite of a criminal mastermind. |
Even if they had very little evidence at first, history shows that in cases like this (spouse and kids suddenly "missing"), it's almost always the father. He was the prime suspect all along--they just needed to keep pressing him to get him to fess up. |
I agree that they would have caught him eventually but especially with the bodies being at his work. I think they would have checked that area thoroughly including some kind of scan of the tanks. |
There is a lot more to Shannan than I think is being reported -she seemed all sorts of crazy.
She changes her name from Shannan to Shan’nan or some derivation as an adult. She had multiple bankruptcies. I am seriously curious how she afforded the first house as a receptionist. Her kids seem miserable most of the time. Her house is painted in Le-Vel colors. None of her medical stuff has been verified nor has her children’s. She sends her kids to a pricey preschool while barely making ends meet and is basically a SAHM. Plus the oversharing. Even if we want to pretend it is for MLM stuff, it is insane. It is all so weird. |
What does this have to do with her sick husband that killed the whole family? It was premeditated nurse, to even a crime of passion. |
Murder, not nurse. |
What does this mean? And also, I agree with the poster above me. This could all be very true, but it's not relevant which is why they probably aren't reporting on it? |
She didn't deserve to die but she was a nutcase |
I hate MLMs - they ruin lives and you know what the crazy thing is? 90% of MLMers are women but the grifting companies are run by shifty men.

Irrelevant |
I find it incredibly weird that you point out all of these irrelevant things about the victim, and not mention one thing about the POS husband she had who murdered her, and their 2 children. Nothing anyone says about her will ever justify any of his actions. |
In a podcast they said one of the girls said it smelled on the car on the way to the oil field. She was referring to the dead mom in the back. Then the last girl to die cries after the first was murdered and she asks if the same will happen to her and she cries and says no daddy. |
A dead body isn’t going to smell less than hour after death - not unless her bowels voided themselves. I heard she had a immediate miscarriage at the gravesite but I don’t know what if any scents are involved with that. |

I find it absolutely disgusting that ANYONE would call Shanaan a nutcase on here.
None of us knew her on a personal level. So for that fact.....and that fact alone no one on this forum possesses the right to pass a second of judgment on this woman. People are finding out that there were money problems involved - yet by the same token they criticize this individual for attempting to make an honest living trying to provide for her family. So what if she changed the spelling of her first name??! 🤔 |
