May there be many more to come.

People love to sh*t on people accomplishing things they will never do themselves.

No his career will be defined only by how the US National teams does in World Cup play.

Hard to say from the posts above. But while we are on the topic...

Just a matter of time before they discover there are websites that rank them. They’ll be all over it like they are fortnite.

Arlington is warning current parents to expect a lot of new girls at tryouts. The word is lots of interests form surrounding clubs. It is unusual to see this happening in the younger groups. Apparently it is happening all the way down to the u9s.

I can not believe someone with your soccer IQ and analytical skills would grace this site with your post. There must be such a demand for you talents as a handicapper. You obviously know what you are talking about! Screw the rest of the world. Just because you are bitter and alone in your belief does not make you wrong! Yes Messi can only be judged by how his nationals teams plays...that is brilliant analysis. Keep yelling “sent it” on the sidelines!

Does anybody else find it really odd that Arlington continually reposts the same Sports Psychologist quote about the paramount importance of having fun vs. winning "Fun, not winning, is essential to keep kids in sports." - Dr. Amanda Visek, PhD."), and then retweets the combined winning scores of its 08 Red girls in CCL play ((20-0 this season already! 8-0 vs. VA Rush! Gotta love the parity and competitiveness of CCL play.) No mixed messages there at all . . . Honestly, those kinds of tweets are usually confined to manic soccer parents who like tweeting the scores of their u9-12 children, but only when their child's team is winning. You can pretty much figure out when the teams lose by the absence of tweets on the weekend.

You can't get over it!!! Truly unbelievable. Love living inside your head.

No one said Messi isn't a great player, by the way, just that he isn't clutch. He's not, his psyche doesn't have it. If you tell me that you'd rather Messi on the spot than several other players with a game of that magnitude on the line, you are a fool. That's just based on data, not emotion.

Back to 08s, my guess is Washington Spirit still has some openings on their 07 da team for next year if anyone is interested and ready to play higher level soccer.

LOL Here is his record- Messi has won a record-tying five Ballon d'Or awards, four of which consecutively, and a record five European Golden Shoes. He has spent his entire professional career with Barcelona, where he has won a club-record 33 trophies, including 10 La Liga titles, four UEFA Champions League trophies and six Copas del Rey. Messi holds the records for most goals in La Liga and Europe's top-five leagues (417), a La Liga season and club league season in Europe (50), a club football season in Europe (73), most official goals in a calendar year (91), El Clásico (26), most hat-tricks in the UEFA Champions League (8), most wins in La Liga, as well as those for most assists in La Liga (167) and the Copa América (11). He has scored over 690 senior career goals for club and country.

Yes he is not clutch...lol. You know nothing about soccer or sports. Got it! Oh that’s right you said you can not consider Messi’s clubs performance because ....? So why don’t you post the career stats of someone you consider a clutch player. Let see how that comparison goes. I see you have already taken to name calling unable to prove your crazy conjecture on “data” as you call it.
