How tall are you and what is your goal weight?

Big boned vs small boned is not a myth. I am 5’10” and my hands a huge, my feet are water skis. I have two girlfriends my height with much smaller feet and hands.

5’3” 108 is goal. Currently 111 and definitely small/petite boned. 108 is within the healthy range for BMI at my height.

So is 111. Jesus be happy. Work on toned, not the scale.

5'6 1/2

44 years old

Size - 6/8, hourglass shape

Current weight - between 141-143

Last august I weighted in at 156-158. I got down to my current weight by November/December and have focused on keeping it stable.

Goal weight (maybe by June?): 135

It helps me to weigh in every day and track my weight and food/exercise. I am pretty active so can't go on some kind of starvation diet. I took some time off from hard core sports when I started losing weight so I could focus on re-calibrating my eating -- no snacking, no processed foods/carbs, smaller portions.

5'4" and 142. 38 year old female. My goal is 135. I know I can do it, but I need to be very strict with my eating and exercise to make it happen.

I'm 5'8" and look my healthiest somewhere around 130.

+1. OP, that's way too thin. That's the "ideal weight" for someone who's 5'3". You *should* be gaining weight.

I agree. OP, remember as you get older, if you lose too much weight, your thinness will age you.
