How tall are you and what is your goal weight?

5’5. Ideally I like to stay under 140. But I am 145 without dieting. I eat pretty healthy (Nonprocessed) because that’s what I like. My problem is portion control - I just love food!! I feel very lucky that I’ve never had body issues. My mom never displayed dissatisfaction with her body and my DH still shows that he is very attracted to me.

I'm 5'8" and look my healthiest somewhere around 130.

+1. OP, that's way too thin. That's the "ideal weight" for someone who's 5'3". You *should* be gaining weight.

5-5 and 125. I am quite thin at that weight.

5’8”, and at this point in my life, 160 would make me incredibly happy!

I'm 5'7" and weighed 115 when I was ill and looked extremely gaunt. Now in my mid-40s I would also look much older if I were that thin. My goal weight is 125 but I'm not unhappy 130-135.

I'm at 128 now but I'm trying to lose a few pounds for summer. Now that I'm 40, anything below 125 makes me look really gaunt and old.

My teen dd is 5'6" and around 107lbs. She doesn't look scary skinny and in fact has muscles and is very toned. She is an athletes. Depends on OP's age her goal weight might look good one her. Or terrible, who can tell.

Oh great, another disordered thread.

I'm 5'3" and 115. Not exactly looking to lose but I need to tone up and at least maintain. IF I go under 110 I start to look sickly; if I go over 120 I get a double chin and rolls.

I doubt OP is a teen.

Bodies are different. At 5'7, if I weighed 130, I'd look gaunt.

Are you arguing that OP's goal weight isn't crazy?

NP. Bodies are different, for sure. I'm also 5'8" and 130 would absolutely look gaunt on me. I didn't even weigh that in high school, when I was captain of the swim team and working out all. the. time. My best weight is about 145. Right now, I'm in the high 150s, and trying to get to the mid-or-high 140s.

When not pregnant I've weighed as little as 100 and as much as 135. I'm basing my goal weight on what it was when I felt the best in the past, but I'm not fixated on the number. Currently 128. In order to get where I want, I need to lift heavy weights and do HIIT classes 4-5 times a week. Keep my calories between 1400-1800 most days of the week, and limit sugar, carbs, and alcohol.

I am also 5'1 and I am currently 128. My goal weight is between 115-120. I use to always be on the underweight side until I had my daughter and then I ranged between 108-113. I was happiest with the way I looked between 115-120. I gained the most weight at around 30 years old which was 144lbs. I lost 16lbs so far by tracking what I eat and lowering my calorie intake. I haven't included exercise yet because I'm lazy.

I’m 5’3 and very muscular (dense) - at 150, where I am now, I’m a 6/8.

Ideally I’d like to be 135, a lean six/sometimes four.

5’1 F 123-125. I come from a long line of short stocky big boned good eaters. Its hard for me to maintain lower - the only time I did it as an adult I ate 800 calories and worked out 2 hours a day - I looked like a lollipop head.

Needless to say, that’s not reasonable or healthy...

I'm 5'6" and in the low 120s. I wouldn't mind losing a few pounds. I could probably do it if I stopped drinking wine or eating sweets.

I do IF and workout daily with an additional 10K or so steps in daily life types of things.
