I'm 5'7'' and 130 would be amazing. If I could hold steady at 135 I'd be happy. I'm probably 140, which is not awful.
I was 115 in college. It was not healthy...for me. My eating was incredibly disordered and I was not well. I doubt an adult woman at that height weight is healthy or living healthfully without severe restriction or overexercising. |
Because my body was always natural much smaller than that. 130 is not watching what I eat or working or other than walking. |
You're one of those women who thinks anyone smaller than a size 6 has an eating disorder, right? |
Who is disordered other than the 5'7" 115 lb. poster? Others are stating goals that are slim but healthy, or just plain healthy. On what planet is that disordered? |
I'm saying that different people have different frames and body composition. I don't know op, but I'd guess she has a small frame. |

5'10" and my goal weight is 180.
Have Hashimotos and am hypothyroid so it's not easy to lose weight. I want to lift weights and increase muscle mass as well as lose weight. In younger days, I weighed 120-130 and looked like a stick with really large hands and shoulders, but I'm approaching middle age and those days are not coming back. |
I am like you. 5'1 but my goal weight is 130. I'm short and stocky, I have a butt and boobs so there is no way I'm weighing any less (nor do I want to). Plus, I love food so there. |
