Man the directors and coaches of Capital are trolling the Internet threatening people who talk about them? How f'ed up a club must be that it feel the need to censor its parents and players on social media. |

You can always come to Baltimore to play for the Baltimore City Gators GLAX HS Club Team. I have 2 girls from High Point now and they love it. We are affordable and will give you bang for your buck. Only thing is you must play for your high school. I don't promise D1 or even to play in college, but I do give you an opportunity to be looked at and marketed to play in college at all levels. At the end of the day, your and my goal is to get as much scholarship money as possible and earn a college degree from an accredited institution. We are an all minority team and we play hard. If you want more information please call or text me.

Our girls are older so wouldn't be able to play for you but if they were younger we would call. We wish you the best of luck! |
| Coach, congrats on running what seems to be a graleat program to diversify lacrosse. I’d be proud to have my girls on your teams (if Baltimore weren’t on the other side of the world). Best of luck to you and your program. |
| How did they do in their first tournament? (or was it rained out) |
| Apologize for being a little off-topic but just moved to the area with my 2 middle school daughters. Looking for a good lacrosse club for both of them. Searching for options that would be accessible from Fairfax. Also, wondering if there are opinions on Middle School/High School programs vs ones that are dedicated to just Middle School. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. |
| Wrong. Panthers was a spin off of Pride for a bit competing with the HS circuit but Pride just announced they are going to fold it into Pride and take the girls through high school. |
| Ah! Meant Panthera. |
For MS and relatively convenient to Fairfax there’s Pride, Cardinals and Stars. The first two go through HS; Stars does not. My DD played for both Stars and Pride and preferred Stars but you probably can’t go wrong with either. My DD now plays for a different HS club. She liked switching to a HS only club for a few reasons, including playing with some different teammates (often it seems girls get passed along on the A or B team without much actual thought as to where they belong- that was true with both Stars and Pride), different coaching and focus only on HS rather than 4th grade all the way thru HS. |

| Stars and Capital are infinitely better than anything else in the DMV region. |
Also consider 3d lacrosse and MC Elite, each has teams thru HS. Might be something that you like, as it provides a smoother transition between the 8th and 9th grade. |
| 3d is falling apart. The Director left the program. |
