Prepare to be fired.

What is an employment defense lawyer? I mean, besides something a 12 year old would conjure.

Someone who represents the employer in employer/employee litigation?

Majority of women claiming that they do not enjoy it and another good portion claiming the men that do it are gross and clueless, yet the front page of this sub is literally chocked full of tales of workplace affairs.

I'm a 42 year old man, full head of hair, decent shape, well dressed, well groomed, have been told I'm handsome all my life... and not a month has gone by in my professional career without me noticing a female coworker glancing at my crotch. Probably closer to every week or two. I'm sure people will yell troll but I don't care. I've experienced it literally hundreds of times at a half dozen different companies and with 50 different women.

The amount of times I have been touched- unnecessarily and unwanted is in the double digits. It's always a hand on the the back while passing in the kitchen or a tap on the arm during a joke or a hand on a shoulder as she's getting seated at the conference table, but it happens a lot. This is touching that my wife would not approve of, if that's any measure of appropriateness.

And no, I've never cheated on my wife nor would I.

I’m 41 and married. I enjoy being flirted with by nice, friendly, well kept men. It‘s fun. I don’t enjoy being hit on by randos on the train or gross people. That said, I never stare at guys’ crotches. What a bizarre thing for you to think women do. I mean, if something weird is going on with your crotch, I might sneak peeks, trying to figure out what that wet spot is or why your zipper is down again. But if I’m having some naughty fantasy about your body, I’m not going straight for your d. I’m probably thinking about your hands and watching how they move when you tell a story or how you hold and touch things or I’m watching how your lips move when you talk.

At the right time and place I’m fine with it because it means I’m not just a mom and not too old. But it will never go anywhere because my husband is wonderful.

You're trying to convince people that women don't look at cocks? OK!

I'm a happily married 45 year old. Innocent flirting is fine if the guy is my age or ten years younger. If the guy is 15 years older I get creeped out.

"That's a great looking dress" - that's a compliment about the dress

"That dress looks really good on you" - that's flirting because its about you and the dress

"That dress looks really sexy on you" - that's being a pig because he's thinking about what's underneath the dress.

"That dress would look great on the floor next to my bed" - definitely wants to have sex with you.

Fixed it for you. All 4 of those comments have the same meaning. It's just the delivery. A gentleman is just a patient wolf.
