Nothing wrong with me. Husband has male factor but it was most likely because of an injury that should clear up soon. Maybe I'm in denial but my husband doesn't like to have sex often and I think it's mainly a lack of frequency. We had sex twice last month. the doctor said I should still be pregnant by now. It was almost like they didn't believe that my husband only has sex with me once a week.

I believe thats at least part - if not all - of our problem too. Once a week! Try once a month here. 5 years no pregnancy and no Dx...

what protocol did you use for this cycle?

We used an antagonist protocol. We used Follistim as the stimulant and Ganirelix as the LH suppressor (antagonist).
I ended up with OHSS (not a bad case, but still), so if I had to do it again, I would hope for a less aggressive protocol.

1st Cycle - Responded Well, no OHSS

37 Fertilized
35 @ day 3
20 Frozen on days 5/6

No fresh transfer. Will transfer next cycle.

What was your "secret" for not getting OHSS? They retrieved 41 today and thus, are worried I will get OHSS.

Not the PP, and I know this is an old post, but I wanted to respond in case anyone else is wondering. Most likely the PP avoided OHSS by doing a "freeze-all" cycle. The risk of OHSS is typically only after you are pregnant. In cases like this, the RE will often freeze-all to minimize OHSS risk.
