No. The “everyone” covered that. Calm down. |
Fascinating that the guy was apparently operating as a high level human trafficker since 2016 and only now has the Trump administration been able to get the necessary evidence together to take him to trial. What was Trump's DOJ doing from 2016 to 2020? And it's such a solid case that a veteran prosecutor in the leftist hotbed of Tennessee has resigned over this amazing and strong case. This administration would have been better off and would have received tons of support by surging resources to the immigration courts and to putting time and energy towards legally deporting actual criminals. |
You reveal your idiocy by buying into that obvious set up. The dictators count on dumba**es like you! |
I have a felling chargers will be dropped and he wil be deported. |
This is why we have due process, including making sure people like you are not on his jury. |
Yep, this. |
If indictments were that serious, Trump would have been ejected from office during his first term and in jail for life now. |
Kilmars lawyers made "BIG MISTAKE" by pushing for his return to U.S.
If he's found guilty, he's gonna spend a long time in prison complaining about his ideological radical lawyers, who made a hero out of him and tried to get him back to the United States when that was not in his own self-interest. If he's acquitted, they can still bring the deportation charges because the standard of proof is very different in deportation charges ... From the government's point of view, it's a win-win to do it this way. |
Have you seen the photos of CECOT? Anyplace is better. A US jail. Deportation. The whole point is that they sent him to a hell hole illegally. |
You say this like it's nothing. You say it like you don't care about the law or the Constitution or the truth or innocent people being imprisoned. But many of us do. Also, some of the people being rounded up are LEGAL. Some of the people in a Salvadoran prison were LEGAL. So anything you have been fed by Stephen Miller about "illegals" does not apply to them anyway. |
He gets due process this way, which is what matters. |
He is a day laborer driving day laborers. That is not human trafficking. I hope some day you reflect on your party's treatment of human beings. The cruelty is shocking. No one who has any critical thinking skills believes this fabrication. Murdoch, Trump, DHS and all the followers believe that simply repeating fabrications makes them real. It does not. Some of us care about the truth. |
Is it good or bad when your own internal report contradicts your indictment on a key fact:
|
30 percent of the people he brought in were MS-13 according to the indictment. And yes, we believe it. You are the same people who insisted he was “Maryland man” and not a gang member with a history of beating his wife. Guess the left wants to die on this hill. |
He always had due process. He had and continues to have a lawful removal order. He either goes to jail here before going to El Salvador, or he gets deported once again (probably back to El Salvador if extradited for crimes there). |
