He can still be deported if found not guilty because his removal order still stands. It just can’t be to El Salvador unless Trump can get a different immigration judge to remove that hold (something probably already in the works).

The Democrats are standing for the US Constitution, which, if Trump had followed the idea that "every person" is afforded the right to be heard, then many of those at CECOT wouldn't be there, because they are not criminals.
