That's crap. Inspectors came in and found nothing. You can read below how Robert Kelley, who was part of the IAEA's Iraq Action Team in 2003, and other weapons inspectors found no proof of the WMD claims but their findings were ignored in favor of dubious sources because Bush and his team wanted war.
