How bad was the BLC departure? How many accepted Blue if 10/11 spots were offered? |
The BLC parents are MAD AS HE!! They thought they thought they were just going to move from BLC to Capital Blue. And that just isn’t the way it works Welcome to the real world |
Not really a departure since BLC ends after 8th grade. But the other question is good. How many accepted Blue? And did any accept Orange? |
Rejecting Capital Blue offers and going to Maryland clubs would be a better description. |
Not buying this at all... parents understood that they may very well end up on Orange. |
You don’t have to buy it. I heard them firsthand. So….. |
I understand that one of the players has an older sister at a MD club already but why would any of the others reject Capital Blue? What am I missing? |
No chance more than a couple felt that way. Those parents are smarter than that. They knew the team would be comprised of the best from BLC, Pride and Stars. If they did not know that then they are not nearly as tuned in as they need to be. If they are pissed it should be with themselves. |
How are they mad? Did they really think if your kid wasn’t a starter they were going to make CLC blue? The fact that BLC kids took 10-11 spots is pretty remarkable to me. I would think they would be cheering. |
And they are! Not sure why the PP is trying to act like anyone would be upset. |
No BLC player rejected a Cap Blue offer. They all accepted. Orange...I am not sure if any rejected. |
Trust me, not everyone is cheering about Orange. There are few that are, well, let’s just say, they are p!ssed that there kid is on Orange and not Blue |
Several BLC Orange offers declined. |
As a Pride parent who’s daughter didn’t make either Capital team, Capital did get a good job selecting the Pride players they placed on Blue. They were the 5 best players on the team. I can’t speak to the BLC and Stars selections. |
To go where???? Pride? Please look at 26…. Take Orange!!! |
