Nice try... wrong again. Under Section 612(a) of FARA, parties must file a registration statement within 10 days of having agreed to act as an agent of a foreign principal.

You keep avoiding the question. What specific activities required them to register? In other words, what activities made them an agent of a foreign principal?

What were they paid for by China and by Romania and likely a few other foreign countries?

Money going from a foreign country (none of which are friendly to the US, BTW) to an LLC. Then going to another LLC. Then, eventually making its way to bank accounts of one of at least 9 Biden family members.

It just seems silly to act like a politician lying when he’s not under oath is somehow a huge deal, or even remotely scandalous. The laptop has a very shady chain of custody, and that was after Burisma was hacked. There is also no real evidence of a crime on there. The 10% bit wasn’t specific, and no monies changed hands. So, you’ll need something more solid before I buy that story.

I would suggest watching Byron Donalds portion of the press briefing today. He explains why this is suspicious, and how it differs from other instances where family of presidents were involved in business overseas. He specifically discusses Jaren Kushner. The fact is that none of the Biden family members have a business or consulting firm OF THEIR OWN that existed before he was VEEP. They all started these activities after. And IF they were on the up and up, why all the shifty movement of money. If we assume that the transactions were all legit, then those earnings should be reflected in those individuals income tax returns. Or maybe the point of all the shifting around was to avoid paying taxes which is… a crime!
