I do go to that mall all the time and don't ever feel like I'm "under attack." Crime is real and should be dealt with, but the histrionics in online discussions don't match my experience or conversations I've had on real life.

They're probably already back on the street. Total absence of any real parenting. Not that poster, but I grew up poor. It is more than poverty. Because overwhelmingly, most people are law abiding. Including poor people.
