me too. All the mail and calls, what's that? release the decisions at 4 or after. I really like everyone playing by the same rulebook. Sheesh.

I think the packages are a nice touch after such a long and difficult process. We did not receive anything today but our public is a great option so we feel lucky.

Wishing everyone luck and hope you find a great school for your DC.

Is it possible some schools will post early like at at 3:00?

I've never heard of 3 but some post 10-15 early.

WIS has historically been early. Last year, one of the top schools sent email at around 330.

This. WIS is generally early, and Holton calls (some before 4:00). Other schools start posting between 3:00 and 4:00, most in the 3:30 - 4:00 window, which starts the creation of threads like “GDS is posted!” “Sidwell is posted!” in this forum.

I was working when I got a cell phone call. I wasn’t expecting it so I was startled but pleasantly so. Holton.

Not ridiculous at all--- who wants to talk about "work widgets" at 4:00 p.m. on a Friday when your child's future is at stake?!!! Good luck to you.

Dramatic much…

Does Holton only call accepted families?

Most of the privates in DC do not send goodies, at least not in the rounds my older kids applied.
