It's like saying well down syndrone isn't autism so it's not a disability.
There is an umbrella and intersex covers a variety of biological gender anomalies. Who are you to say what gender someone should be. Why do you ir a Dr get a say over the person ??

Only males have Klinefter syndrome. Only women have PCOS. Their sex is 100% definable.

If a legislative bill is created in law and these are the statements that are included in the bill to backup and justify it, then the whole bill is built on false information.
