This community is really sad, to be honest. My main issue with it is the price and how crazy/desperate buyers are. People are literally dying, World War III is well on its way, and you are literally spending millions on a home? Why? They are not all that, trust me, and they don't even give discounts. Most of these houses are so basic on the inside, and as base prices go up, the design studio options people pick reduce greatly. The average amount spent on the design studio has dropped tremendously in this community, and the houses look so sad on the inside. Stop stretching to buy homes here. Honestly my current home is prettier than most of these...

I respect your opinion…but many people have a lot of money…and spending 1.5M vs 3M is nothing when you make that yearly. If you make 200k, then yes, this may not be the community for you, but not everyone is the same

If you make alot of money, I would go somewhere else. So bizarrely cookie cutter.

I live in the neighborhood and it’s 15 minutes to drive to work. Yes, I can afford to live elsewhere, but I don’t want the commute and the houses are nice if you put in the money. Nobody is buying without upgrading…just walk into any of the houses being built…tons of upgrades in all. People buying now are the ones who have the money to do so…nobody is buying a 2M home and getting builder grade furnishings.

This is me. we make 2-3 million a year, and it looks pretty I like the neighborhood feel, but the only reason we are so rich in the first place s because we save and don't throw away money. Buying a home in this neighborhood to our specs, including all the work that has to be done after, comes out to 3 million, absurdity for a cookie cutter

Yes people are, they only spend less than 100k in the design studio usually, max 200. That is nothing. At the start of the community people where spending 400k

How would you know how much people are spending? Seems like the people who live here would have a much better sense of what’s happening in their own neighborhood.

This is complete bunk

It’s hard to spend over 200k at design center. It’s floors, counters and cabinets…and you only pay difference from level 1 to your choice.

From the sales associates themselves and people I know in this community (I know probably 10 families)

It is not at all hard, we visited the design studio and everything came to 300k bare minimum for what we want. 100k flooring, 100k kitchens, 100k other stuff like baths/tech/speakers etc, 300 is about right for a pretty house. 400 if you pick on the high end of the range (wolf instead of jenn air, more upgraged counters and baths, larger house)

At least when the home is 7500-8500 sqft 300-400 is accurate trust me for anything like the models.

The sales associates haven’t said anything like that to me or anyone I know.

If you really know 10 families who live here, you are one hell of an unkind friend. Glad you won’t be buying here - don’t think you’d fit in with the kind and good hearted neighbors.
