Nope. Different leagues (GA v ECNLR). You can actually be carded in both.
The VRSC 09s are a pretty good squad

They are okay for this area, they can't compete against local ECNL teams and get crushed outside of the DMV by other GA teams.

Yes. Just because it’s a different league doesn’t mean you can start playing. You need director approval.

False. TD approval (and that’s even a stretch) is if ECNL RL players want to go ECNL PRIOR to March 1. GA, doesn’t need director approval.
