All the restaging in the world doesn't change the fact that those houses on Emerald are extremely small, and $950k is asking a lot for not a lot of space.

This has gotten a $35k price cut, still sitting. Still think they need to get this closer to $900k before buyers start taking this listing seriously.

I think its priced well but likely seller would negotiate a little more to a strong buyer for a quick sale.

I love this house. So much character.

I just bought on the Hill and also sold. While this isn’t what I was looking for in terms of location and space, it’s got more character than much of what’s out there.
