All the restaging in the world doesn't change the fact that those houses on Emerald are extremely small, and $950k is asking a lot for not a lot of space. |

I love this house. So much character. I just bought on the Hill and also sold. While this isn’t what I was looking for in terms of location and space, it’s got more character than much of what’s out there. |
