It’s been approximately 12 days since Gabby was reported missing to law enforcement. The FBI became involved fairly quickly, but not instantaneously. That said, I’m not aware there is an arrest warrant for BL even today, although I would be shocked if it wasn’t imminent. Even a month is not uncommon for a crime like this not caught on camera, that doesn’t mean someone didn’t mess up but it also doesn’t mean someone did. They also generally try not to tip off suspects if they think they have a decent lead on where they might have gone. |
They should charge the parents. Maybe that will prompt him to turn himself in? |
The restaurant has already confirmed that G and BL were there. They are cooperating with law enforcement and not releasing any further statements. The customer who went public with this was there for lunch on Aug 27 according to their receipt. |

In terms of placing his DNA at the murder scene and finding the murder scene - Brian and Gabby were headed to Yellow stone , right ? Until, Brian had a temper tantrum in Jackson , WY ( he was pacing back and forth , going in& out of the restaurant to repeatedly argue with the female waitress and manager ( pacing is a sign of someone about to escalate to violence )
Gabby is crying and ? Didn’t she go back in to restaurant to apologize ?? THAT is what triggered him . What time was that on Aug 27th that the van left the restaurant parking lot and can it be tracked on speed cameras / security cameras to it’s route . Did they possibly have a hotel room where he might have killed her ( since van was clean ) Remember- he panicked when the people who picked him up hitching said they were actually going to Jackson Hole and could drive him the whole way - HE DID NOT want to go back to that town ( maybe he murdered her there and the crime scene is there ) |

I also believe the parents took him somewhere.
This is a guy who drove from Wyoming back to Florida very quickly. He's shown he's capable of driving long distances quickly. There would have been three people taking turns driving. That means they could have driven around the clock, stopping for gasoline only. Potty breaks in the woods. They could have brought their own food. I think they definitely could have reached Canada within 24 hours or so. According to google map, the drive from Miami to Montreal would take about 27 hours, going the speed limit. How porous is the border area? I would think you could pick a wooded area and just walk over the border. Then, the parents turned around and returned. They would have been able to drive 24 hours straight if they had pushed themselves. One drives, one sleeps. Again, stops for gasoline only, potty in the woods, food in the car. Or they might have slept in the camper. But they're desperate, and they'd be pushing themselves. Who knows where his parents took him to. Maybe somewhere along the Appalachian Trail. If so, I would consider him very, very dangerous to other hikers. We have a good stretch of the AT that runs through our exurbs, although it's not particularly rural. A sophisticated and informed crowd. They'd be on the lookout for him. Also, the AT in our area is very popular these days. Can the authorities grab the vehicle and check the black box to see how far it was driven last week? |

Someone above mentioned the Smoky Mountains. Those are dense woods. When I was there, I heard a fugitive had lived in the forest there for a LONG time. It would be really hard to be found there, I think.

Much like the backpack guy on the deercam. |
I still believe deercam man is Brian. I know the police said 'its not him' but there is no way I believe a guy with that many physical similarities, same clothing, same necklace, and walking through a backwoods swamp at 6AM was not Brian Laundrie. |

TMZ.com has a video taken of his parents this morning.
Brian’s Father + Mother are both walking down the driveway together and get into a maroon-colored truck. The Father motions for the photographer to move out of the way since they will be backing the truck down the driveway. They didn’t speak a word (as usual!) I am surprised they left the house. I would have stayed inside with all the hatred many people feel for them and their son. Perhaps they needed to purchase groceries, pick up meds at the pharmacy or simply send Brian more money if they indeed know where he is. Hopefully they are currently on surveillance. |
So if he were in Canada, what happens? There’s no way he could get on a plane or live a normal life right? Isn’t being on the run worse? |
BINGO Pull that old location data ‘ cause that’s where the parents took him when they loaded the camper full of months of supplies on Sept 11th It’s all in his old photos , former searches on his hard drive and possibly even near where he and Gaby stopped on their way up to the HS graduation of Gabby’s brother on Long Island in June |
No. I never thought the backpack guy really looked like him. I took a close look at the profile and his lower lip, etc. and to me he did not look like him. This other guy in this TickTock video on the other hand, does bear a strong resemblance but you can’t see his chin because he has a mask over his chin. But I looked at his eyebrow line, nose, and other things and there does seem to be a strong resemblance I wish I know how to post pictures from my iPhone camera to this site. But what I did is I watch the TickTock video and then as soon as she went down so you can get a good look at the man I snapped a photo and then reviewed the two side-by-side. Although in the video it was A screenshot of his profile and in the photo it is full face. |
