It's not over, sport. Judge Sullivan has stayed all proceedings in Flynn's case. I can't imagine this doesn't get heard en banc by the entire Court.

A writ of mandamus is fundamental to our judicial system. The delay until July 16th isnt legal as Sullivan gave up that right when he hired counsel. He clearly is delaying and protecting Obama etal... sad really.

So silly. Sullivan isn't "protecting Obama". A writ of mandamus is part of our judicial system but appeal is fundamental to it.

And there's no delay until July 16. Sullivan has stayed the schedule, including any briefs, motions, or hearings.
