4) Comey told Congress that he believed the Clinton plan intelligence was “genuine.”

“So far as I knew at the time, and still think,” Comey testified on December 7, 2018, “the material itself was genuine[.]”

5) FBI general counsel James Baker said he was “greatly concerned” about the intel and specifically Lynch’s reaction when confronted with it. Durham’s report said Baker “did not dismiss the credibility” of the intel reports. Andrew McCabe likewise said he was struck by Lynch’s “odd” reaction to the allegations.

6) Everyone on earth knows the Clinton campaign launched a scheme to falsely claim that Trump colluded with Russia. Who on earth told you it was a good idea to now claim that never happened, or that any claims about it are Russian fabrications?

They could not authenticate it as real or fake. If no one actually had these original emails that the FBI could scrape, then they are not real. Suggesting otherwise is a fools errand that undermines our law enforcement. Russia interfered with the 2016 election on many fronts. The senate confirmed it, the Mueller Report confirmed it and people around Paul Manafort and George Papadopolous plead guilty to crimes because of it. Let's not rewrite history to favor the authoritarian who is aligned with Russia, please.

It's a very common Russian tactic to hack documents, salt the stash of document with some damning fakes, and then "leak" them together with authentic documents. Durham repeatedly questioned the authenticity of the Bernardo documents and pointed this very thing out.

There was an investigation and accountability. The CIA had a few employees who accessed senate computer systems to investigate torture allegations under the Bush presidency. That’s nothing at all like the weaponization that Trump is directing.

Obama's toughest political opponents throughout his election were: Mitt Romney, John McCain and Hillary Clinton. Did he "weaponize government" against any of them? NO.
His biggest ideological and legislative opponents throughout his Presidency were Mitch McConnell, Paul Ryan and Joe Lieberman (yes Joe Lieberman, who screwed him over on healthcare). Did he "weaponize government" against any of them? NO.
His remaining biggest political opponents were folks like Glenn Beck and Sarah Palin. Did he "weaponize government" against any of them? NO.
