Any lawyer, judge, public servant, etc. is still permitted to practice, and yes, even talk about, his or her faith.
Sorry if this offends your sensibilities, OP. This is not extremism.

Talking about faith is not the same as making faith superior to the laws of the land in your work as a public servant.

Neither is doing that. So, we're good.

I dunno. That title of Durham's speech suggests otherwise.

Peruse the links at 17:01. This is not a new topic of discussion for Catholic lawyers.

Some of you appear not to have studied philosophy, theology, or jurisprudence.

Some of us are suspicious after reading about Barr....

Attempts at getting ahead of the stories that will soon be revealed regarding the genesis to the Trump-Russia investigation.
They must discredit the investigators because the evidence will be damning.

Hmmm.....discrediting the investigators? Isn’t that what Republicans are trying to do to take the conversation away from the FACTS that are coming out about Trump and his cronies?

Facts? What facts?

Thanks to Schiff's and Pelosi's secret little star chamber hearings, we don't know much in the way of FACTS. Only what Schiff has leaked. And, of course, he will leak nothing that is at all positive for Trump.

And, we don't have to discredit Schiff, who has dubbed himself as "investigator" for this farce. He has discredited himself. Many times over.

Open hearings will soon begin and you will have your opportunity to defame and discredit all of the honorable people who will be publicly testifying to Trump’s corruption. And, if you really want facts, why not push to make public the transcript of the Zelensky call locked up on the secure server once Vindman complained.

Schiff hasn't leaked anything. The people testifying have provided their written opening statements. If you want to talk about leaks, focus on the weaponized leaks by Nunes, Jordon and Meadows from 2017 and early 2018.

Facts being hidden, like illegally locked away on an NSA server? Or how about Trump's taxes, or Trump's transcripts? All of the subpoena'd documents which have been illegally shielded from the public.

BS. A lot has come out other than the opening statements. And, those leaks were NOT from the Republicans.

Notice how the Rs steer clear of discussing what Trump said on the call and the thrust of the earlier meeting. He wanted to subvert important U.S. foreign policy for his own political ends. But all Rs want to discuss is procedure, leaking blah, blah, blah............

Perhaps because the GOP did not attend these hearings in the SCIF. The Dems are following the rules the House GOP passed in 2015. Why is this so hard for you to understand?
