Biden allowed the 400K Venezuelans who are in the US because their country has fallen into complete chaos and anarchy and the majority of its citizens are starving to death (look at the photos of starving Venezuelan children arriving at the border). Allowing the Venezuelans already in the US to work now instead of waiting six months before allowing them to work will ease the burden on cities to house and pay the expenses of these migrants, who are able and willing to work in jobs Americans do not want. There is a worker shortage in the US right now, and these migrant workers will fill that need. The work permits are only temporary. If and when the economy improves in Venezuela, these migrants will return to their country.
