Yes, I usually defend Lively here, but rather a headscratcher why an all doe lawsuit, if they are seeking documents relating to sexual harassment on the set of IEWU. Surely, at a minimum IEWU movie LLC and Wayfarer would be defendants then, and probably Baldoni and Heath, and then additional does for whoever conducted the smear campaign. Not ok to do it that way just to avoid tipping off WF so they could assert their confidentiality. Should have gone through proper channels.

I don’t think someone could have scripted texts that make Taylor Swift and Blake Lively look more mean spirited or juvenile.

So, the real reason that Swift pulled back was not that she didn't believe Lively, as speculated, but because it all makes her look bad because she was actually way into it, lmao. It makes me feel kind of sorry for Lively... Swift should have been like "yes, he's a jerk and I stand by my friend" but she has no balls.

Well that, and Taylor knew the sexual harassment claims were bs. Blake complains about him being a doofus and chicken in these texts, not harassment. It’s also clear that Blake is perfectly comfortable making shit up, telling Taylor to rave about her script but not actually read it beforehand.

So I haven't read everything, but in the second half of this vid, NAG says that Blake actually got tipped off about Stephanie Jones/the Abel texts through a friend of Swift's! Not Jones' husband, the WME agent. Who would have thought?!

Never in my wildest dreams could I have imagined how bad today’s document dump was for Blake. As a lawyer, I can’t imagine how her lawyers can ethically and with a straight face argue that Blake is an employee given her claims in that PGA letter.
