Why do Republicans fetishize AOC?

She is a gift to Republicans.

This pretty much sums her up:

Didn't she tweet that she thinks they want to date her?

I think there is a homoerotic/phobic undertone to these comments.

Yes, people often make mean comments on the internet. You will find the same is true of leftwing posters.

Oh I do. She's the gift that keeps on giving.

Given the way Republicans, including her colleagues, don’t take covid seriously, she’s not wrong.

Trashes red states and people her entire career.

Goes to Florida maskless to enjoy all of the red state freedoms.

Gets the hypocrisy pointed out to her.

She has a meltdown and can't handle when the mudslinging gets thrown right back at her. Cries about GOP obsession and sexual frustrations, under the the self assumption that the public actually thinks she'd be some kind of special catch.

Lmao. AOC is full of vanity. This is like the hypocrisy of so many Democrats constantly.saying they want progressive policies, yet when the tax bill comes to pay for their insane ideas, they all try to leave for states like TX and FL to dodge the tax bills.

We should all be able to agree no man should wear sandals. It’s not a good look.

Straight female. I didn't notice his feet but I was surprised by how not-hot he was. I expected her to have less granola taste. She is a socialist, sure, but not a patchouli oil wearing hippie.

Maybe she doesn’t have as many options as she thinks she does

She's fairly attractive, young, and famous. She could easily get an attractive man. I mean, good for her for not being superficial.

And we’re supposed to believe that you don’t have feelings for her. You sound like a jealous ex-boyfriend, or a spurned crush.

Your whole post was trash, but I wanted to let you know your “news” sources are straight up lying to you.

You aren't "we" and no, "we" don't agree. Nobody gives a shit about what you think about men's fashion.

All of the right wing incels trying to knock her boyfriend certainly wish they could date her. That much should be glaringly obvious.

Nah.... we're actually thrilled that a member of the squad dared to step foot in a state that the left has slammed for the past year. Maybe she will learn a little about freedom and about how restricting freedom isn't the best course forward.
I also think it is hysterical that she apparently interpreted the highlighting of her hypocrisy (patronizing a state economy she apparently hates) as "people want to have sex with me."
Probably the most arrogant and egotistical tweet she has ever published.... and there have been plenty of those.

Her self-awareness is zero.

She’s a social media clown. It’s crazy to think she can’t do her job in person, but when she runs to the free red state of Florida to party while New York is being ravaged by covid, she throws some kind of weird social media issue to her Twitter followers and she becomes a fabulous genius that’s being coveted by the right for her beauty and superior intellect.

Or something. She should just do her job and not run to a southern red state to enjoy the holidays while her home state suffers horribly. Talk about fleecing the rubes. AOC is fleecing the urban rubes. Successfully, might I add, and maskless, from Florida.

Liberals have photographic evidence of AOC doing exactly what they mandate and make laws against, what they complain and whine about daily, what they cry that is ruining our country and killing Americans. And what is the excuse for it being acceptable for AOC to do these things? Republicans think she attractive and can’t date her or sleep with her. You all know better than that.

She’s bought into her own hype. And the Americans who see this kind of stuff have every reason to believe some pigs are more equal than others. That’s exactly the vibe it gives off.

I’m a liberal who is concerned about her mental health.

Had any man or any Republican tweeted that their critics just want to have sex with them, they would be heavily criticized. Imagine if Trump, Cruz or DeSantis had tweeted what she said.

Or any Republican woman, for that matter. Can you imagine the backlash if Kristi Noem tweeted something like that? She's an attractive woman who is criticized by the left - yet I've never heard a Republican accuse the critics of "wanting to have sex with her" or being "sexually repressed." Same with Ivanka Trump, or really, any attractive conservative woman. The left really has a warped way of looking at things.
