Totally agree. She was Carmella Soprano all the way. The voice was horribly distracting. She’s a great actress, but I think they could have found someone who looked and talked more like Hillary.

Not true. He was impeached & his affairs have followed him everywhere. It’s his own doing, but he did not come out of this unscathed. Not at all.

I'm surprised no one's brought this up yet, but she went into why she did what she did in the episode where she and Linda had a sleepover and Linda discovered the blue dress. Monica was either assaulted or molested by a camp counselor when she was ~14. It was a long scene, and she or Linda made the implicit connection with that incident and what happened with her teacher and then Clinton,.

She was in high school! The guy preyed on her. He was an older employee of the school. She was a kid. Spoiled Beverly Hills kid, but still a kid.

I’d love to know if anyone who interviewed Tripp ever pointed out to her that she used and abused Monica every bit as much as Bill did - and her betrayal was worse.
