Your hallucinations again defy logic.
Is there a State law (US) that requires a degree or certificate from elementary, middle, or high school before you can obtain a license to drive? If you fullfill any State requirements you can obtain a license to drive. This has nothing to do with whether you are in or out of kindergarten or junior high. What ethereal planet do you inhabit? Nothing weird here...but you. It's ok to drive in Junior High if you are eligible and meet State requirements. Some schools and colleges do not permit students to have cars on campus so one would have to abide by the local school regulations. |
Are you capable of telling us why? |
