You’re too far gone for any therapist to waste their time on. You are delighting in something that is such a first world problem that it’s ridiculous. |
Jail for every criminal. |
Yeah I’m sure you care so much about third world problems that you don’t realize that bribing your kid’s acceptance to college is classic third world practices . |
JAIL |
Maybe, they were interviewing some USC students on the news this evening. They were annoyed that "rich kids" were just being skirted in while they had to rely on their own hard work and preservation. |
A little crime... I guess it's a "little crime" because it's white people?!?!? I bet you'd be jumping on the band wagon to have the people below face the stiffest penalties possible. Sure... we all want to push boundaries to make sure our kids succeed. Tell me PP, are you willing to turn a blind eye to the single, non-white mother coming from MD to enroll her kid at a highly regarded DC public or charter school? I bet NOT. But it's ok when it's the white collar version of pushing boundaries. FOH!!! Kelley Williams-Bolar - school residency fraud (her father's school district); investigators tailed her and they told her to pay a $30k fine, she refused and was indicted and convicted of falsifying her residency records. 10 days in county jail, three years probation Olesia Garcia - school residency fraud, plea bargain, agreed to pay nearly $11,000 in back tuition in exchange for no charges against Garcia and a reduced charge and fine for her husband. Legal fees ran about $70,000 In 2011, Tanya McDowell, a homeless mother in Bridgeport, Conn., was arrested for sending her 5-year-old son to a Norwalk school. In 2009, Yolanda Hill, a Rochester, N.Y., mother, was charged with two felonies after enrolling her children in a nearby suburban district. I hope Felicity Huffman and Aunt Becky the book thrown upside their heads so hard that they cannot recover; personally or professionally. |
^^ ahhhh, it all makes sense now. |
+1, this is a huge waste of resources to put someone in jail like this. Kids should get kicked out of school and parents should get fined or something but that's it. The parents are fully to blame and I don't get why you'd want to encourage your child into that lifestyle that her daughter is living. No good can come of it and she is doing that child a disservice by basically selling her body. |
First, calm ALL the way down. Second, I’m AA so now you look like an idiot and race baiter. Third, I don’t believe any of those ppl you listed deserved those harsh punishments. |
If I were Huffman's lawyer, I'd argue entrapment. |
I don’t think you know what entrapment is ? Singer wore a wire , the feds likely wouldn’t wiretap without a warrant . Carry on. |
That’s not how you use that term . *Sigh* |
Actually I do know exactly what entrapment is as I was a defense attorney for over a decade. The fact that someone wore a wire is not relevant. It could still be argued that Huffman was induced to commit the crime. Maybe you don't know that grounds for an indictment does not equate with actual guilt. |
Induced to commit a crime by who ? Where’s your law degree from ? The now defunct faculty of law at trump university ? ? |
So what we have here then is a possible "bitch set me up scenario"....well that didn't work out too well for Marion Berry now did it. |
