Other than that, I'm curious how GAC is doing this end-run. Hallmark doesn't the own the intellectual property rights to their own star show - WCTH, storyline, and characters?

Personally I didn’t think she’d do reality tv. I said on this thread she’d end up right back at Hallmark. But I was wrong - it’s Hallmark 2.0.

But Patrick is friends with Rob Lowe’s kids and those boys are really smart. So maybe Patrick is one of those smart kids who just smokes weed. I’ve known those types. They exist.

They were being cheap. A new building or professorship would be millions, they thought they could do this for 500k.
