That’s a campaign contribution subject to $2700 individual limit that had to be reported. |
Thank you so much. I needed a laugh. |
Oh Boris. Keep up. |
Giuliani also added another feather to the "obstruction of justice" cap!
|
Wow. I am starting to believe Giuliani has been a Mueller Mule for the last few months and was sent to blow this thing wide open, Public Opinion-wise. |
The defenders on this thread are being deliberately obtuse. |
Once again...Trump can contribute all the money he wants to his campaign, but it still has to be reported in the campaign finance reports (which, of course, it wasn’t). And this expenditure was clearly campaign-related. It was a campaign finance reporting violation— and a serious one at that, since hiding it was to cover up facts that the public would want to know. |
Or are just obtuse. |
Not to mention, why did Trump need to go on a payment plan for 130K when he claims to be worth billions? |
LOL. |
4 possible felonies just from Rudy's admission:
1. $130K payment to Stormy Daniels was an in-kind campaign contribution, above the limits and unreported 2. Michael Cohen was a straw donor to cover up the true source of the contribution 3. False statement(s) on a sworn financial disclosure form 4. False statement(s) on banking forms |
Like Michelle Wolf said to the media: "Donald Trump is poor. You should give him some money." |
Giuliani in the Acosta interview:
"Well, the original payment from Cohen was sometime right before the election. The repayments took place over a period of time, probably in 2017, probably all paid back by the end of 2017. That and probably a few other situations that might have been considered campaign expenses." |
If you think her not being quiet would impact the campaign, yes. But that may be hard to prove... or it could be easy if they found documentation stating that in Cohen's office... |
hahahahahahahaha |
