Yesterday Jerome Corsi's stepson appeared before Mueller's grand jury. Some folks on Twitter pointed out yesterday that the grand jury hadn't met on a Thursday since the Thursday before the GRU indictment. This apparently caused CNN to think an indictment was coming and, therefore, they staked out Stone's house.

Also, one sealed indictment was filed in DC District Court yesterday - "Sealed v Sealed"

It depends on how he did the blocking. If he used a burner phone, probably not. But if he used an app or blocking service, then maybe depending on how much time went by before they got a warrant to obtain those records.
