I really don't see her getting THAT much payout in a divorce, even without a prenup. She'll probably get half of what he earned during the marriage, minus half of what she earned during the marriage, which I'm sure will be substantial but would not have her living it up with a $40k/month lifestyle for the rest of her life. Maybe he would concede more than the law requires in order to end it faster and shut hurt up, and maybe that's what she's aiming for, but otherwise I don't think she'll get some insanely enormous payday from divorcing him after such a short marriage.

I wrote the crazy part above and it was after I read about the texts she posted. If she is lying and produced texts that could easily be proven false - to me that is crazy.
