We got home around 6 and the roads were getting pretty yucky much quicker than I thought. At that point I knew they’d cancel.

Thats…not how the freezing point works. Snow in the high 30s melts. It doesn’t decide it feels too chilly.

Sure. No one said we were in for a repeat of the last storm. The wind chill/feels like temp was in response to someone saying how pathetic the closure is because it will be in the high 30s tomorrow. There will not be a tropical melting happening.

my kids will be happy.

they can sleep in.

we will have a nutritious breakfast.

and before we can indulge in relaxing, we will go over their subjects they would have had tomorrow to keep content fresh in their brain.

it may be a snow day...but we keep learning front and center in my home.
