B type celebrities, maybe but Taylor isn’t looking for more exposure.

Is it only true love if they’ve been married before and already have children? Weird take.

Im suspicious of the story they are telling too. But taylor at least was in a six year committed relationship (even if she was longing for matty healy during some of it), which i wouldn't call relationship hopping.

TS and TK are way past the age where most people find the love of their life. Either of them could have found a stable partner by now. They are not spouse material, neither for each other no for another person. All of this is a publicity stunt.

They are not most people. Taylor is arguably the most famous person in the world, and one of the richest. TK is a football star. They aren’t two college dropouts working the night shift at the local factory.

Taylor Swift can have kids whenever she wants to. Even if she is 54, she has the money and can get a surrogate. Even if this gets outlawed in the USA, Taylor Swift has enough money that will be able to have biological children with a surrogate from another country if she wants to.

That said, isn’t she a college dropout? Was she homeschooled in high school?

Ah yes, zero risks at all to IVF, extracting eggs, freezing eggs, using surrogates, and having babies in your 50s. Swift could die of cancer in a few years. Kelce could have early onset dementia in five years. How genius is that plan to have kids in her 50s going to be then? Life is short and these two are old and still acting like they're 20. It's cringe.

DP. What I find "cringe" is your bizarre insistence that 35 is somehow old. Seriously? You must be very, very immature to think something like that.

They both turn 36 in a couple of months. They're old. If this was true love they'd be hitched and she'd be pregnant by now. It's all a grift.

Amen. Only a child who has no concept of ages and life stages would think T&T's shomance is sweet and genuine.Look at how much money they have made by letting the paps take a billion pictures of them pretending to be in love. And the teens posting in this thread eat it up. Dumb silly children.
Um, they don’t get paid for those paparazzi pics so your argument fails.

Then why are they constantly tipping off the paps? These middle aged wannabe teenagers are photographed every day. It could just be narcissism, but that must get old. I assume certain media outlets are paying for the info of where and when to get the latest photo of the "madly in love" couple.
They don’t tip them off. They are famous and paparazzi wait for them and are tipped off by others.
It’s the only podcast she’s done so she’s trying to lay low.

All celebs tip off the paps now and then when they want more exposure. It is pretty standard. And yes, you do have to pay to play.

Why do people act like getting married and having children is a. Everyone’s goal, and b. Some kind of special achievement? Neither are.
Thank you. I’ve never understood this myself, like they’ve failed without marriage or children. My thought is that people that don’t want kids don’t want a 24 hour job and I get it.

I don't disagree overall but it's really not a 24/7 job if you're a literal billionaire. You'll have a staff caring for them. It's hardly difficult to make it work (at that level), if it's something you want.

Key words being “if it’s something you want”

How does anyone know that’s something she wants.

The key is if it’s something they want but so many people act like not getting married or not having kids is some failure. It’s not for everyone.

In what way is it a failure to not want to get married and/or have children?
Anonymous
It’s certainly not a failure to not want to get married and have children… but she has always talked about her future as a wife and mother so it’s really weird that some of you are insisting that’s not something she wants at some point in her life. She is only 35 yet some of you are acting like she’s a post menopausal woman. She can have kids whenever she is damn well ready.

The sad part is that she’ll go through life not realizing how much she sucks and judging others, at the same time wondering why people distance themselves from her.

What's absurd is to make corny songs about love, romantic relationships, and sadness about breakups as part of your public persona, while in your real life you conduct yourself as someone who has no interest in stable romantic relationships. In your mid 30s it becomes total cringe to hop from shomance to shomance for the teeny boppers. Everything has a self-life and this shtick ages like milk. Why not be honest and make music about being a party girl who is never going to be tied down by a man. That would be cool and authentic.

Who are you saying is paying whom, in this scenario?

She is only 35 yet some of you are acting like she’s a post menopausal woman. She can have kids whenever she is damn well ready.

I'm not sure she has talked about being a wife and mother. I don't follow her that closely, so maybe I am wrong. Lots of love songs and breakup songs, sure. But "rings and cradles" is not quite singing about wanting to be a mother - maybe wanting to get married (but that's different than wanting to be a wife). She sings about NOT choosing the picture perfect picket fence postcard life quite a bit.

I too would like songs about more than love. But it's possible she's an incurable romantic always chasing the high of new love. There are people like that. They are having more fun than me. I wouldn't want it but partly because I would fear the ability of getting a new love endlessly, which isn't an issue for her, and partly because I'm not an incurable romantic and it would start to see forced and false to me. If she ever does get married, she probably will HAVE to sing about something else because married love is B.O.R.I.N.G.

I don't think there is anything innately better about being life partnered than being a serial monogamist - if you can do it do it, I guess. The songs are definitely better than songs about choosing houses and furniture and managing in laws at holidays and having sex when you'd rather be reading though you're never sorry you did afterwards. Blech.

The key is if it’s something they want but so many people act like not getting married or not having kids is some failure. It’s not for everyone.

Some people act like it’s some life failure to not want marriage or kids.

It is. And it’s literally all she sings about for the last 20 years.

Except it’s literally not. She has a ton of songs where she just makes blatant sexual references and there is no mention of being a wife or mom.
