They sure don’t seem nearly as sympathetic to the flight of the Palestinians as your average campus protestor. Maybe they see the Palestinians as the aggressors and not the victims?

The starving Palestinian children? We are talking about getting humanitarian aid in. How bad do you have to be to not allow aid?

I used to support Israel but you have lost all my support. Anyone who is not sickened by what is happening is a monster.

I still support Israel, but I loathe the Israeli government, and I believe they are war criminals. They should be tried and jailed.

I don't know what we can do, except call our congressfolk and beg beg beg them to help the Palestinian children. And protest. We are so helpless in the face of this criminal effort to exterminate the Palestinian people by the current Israeli government.

I will never back down from my support of Israel, but I do not want my tax dollars supporting its current corrupt government and its illegal war on innocent Palestinian children.

I appreciate your ability to differentiate between supporting Israel’s right to exist and its current maniacal government. I have always thought well of Israel, I am utterly devastated and shocked at its current government and their policies. The tragedy is we don’t see many people like you, most are in an either/or scenario.

Again, no nation has a “right to exist”. Why is this so difficult to accept?

Because it’s flatly incorrect as a matter of law. Read up on sovereignty.

Wait, hold up - are you seriously trying to argue that nations have a right to exist that is rooted in both natural and man-made laws? No.

Not only are there many examples of nations that have come and gone throughout history, but sovereignty is obviously not “a matter of law” - how else do you explain Israel’s repeated disregard for the sovereignty of its neighbors?

That’s right. You can’t explain it. Because your deranged view of “matters of law” is wholly disconnected from reality.

I repeat: no nation has a “right to exist”. Not Israel. Not the U.S. Not Russia. And not any other nation or aspiring nation.

Look, I don’t have the time to give you a primer on international law.

I’ll just say this: if you aren’t knowledgeable about a technical subject, you’re best off not sharing uninformed opinions on the matter.

Sure, Jan.

Look, I’m sure Bubbie convinced you that you are always the smartest mind in the room. Let’s just say Bubbie was an abject idiot herself, so her opinion doesn’t really matter.

Nations don’t have a natural right to exist. The end.

How awful that you assume that I’m Jewish and then proceed with insults based on that assumption.

Also telling that you now omit legal rights and focus on “natural rights” only. I’d not have pegged you as a Hobbes/Locke fan.

Tell you what: as a starting point, read article 2 of the UN charter and report back on what you think sovereignty means with respect to external relations of states.

Omit the vileness and I might even help answer your questions.

If Israel won’t recognize the U.N. charter, why should I? See how that works!

No “right to exist”. The end.

Let me get this straight: in your view, Israel = bad, so you’re also going to be bad in the same way. Which somehow makes Israel immoral but you righteous?

Oh, and you’re going to refuse to acknowledge the UN Charter as evidence of an international principle of sovereignty in external affairs?

You’ve got troubles, my friend. Best of luck.

It's pretty hilarious to see how Zionists like to invoke then UN and international law when it suits them. How many violations do they have? Probably thousands will all the illegal settlements they have

While everyone argues about Israel’s right to exist, how evil Hamas is, just let the food and supplies in so that these poor Palestinian children don’t starve to death, they don’t have to have their limbs amputated without anesthesia, and they don’t have to bleed to death because the blood bank doesn’t have blood to distribute. It’s a matter of life and death TODAY. Just look at your own children and imagine how desperate you’d feel to give them food to make it just another day or week or a month.

Watch this Holocaust survivor explain how a little bit of food and dignity was so critical to his survival in Auschwitz:

Most fugazi international law “expert” I’ve dunked on this week, but it’s only Thursday so there’s a few more days left.

Maybe a bigger dipshit will make his or her way onto the scene for a drubbing.

The genocide defenders get no quarter here, kemosabe. Take your “right to exist” wet dreams elsewhere.

There are numerous, exceptionally brave Holocaust survivors that are actively speaking out on what Israel is doing in Gaza right now. Unfortunately, their voices are few and drowned out by the vocal majority.

Speaking of Auschwitz, Holocaust survivor Gabor Mate calls whats going on Gaza "It’s like we’re watching Auschwitz on TikTok"

The world needs a whole lot more of Gabor Mate and a whole lot less radical, extremist Zionist genocide deniers.

Gabor Mate makes an excellent point and is spot on with his analysis

"When people like [Zionists] are empowered and encouraged and allowed and supported and perpetrating their horrors, they get more crazy. They get more cruel. They get more remorseless, more relentless, more ruthless. That's what happened to the Nazis"

"It's a progression of madness and cruelty that's almost inevitable on the part of the perpetrator and especially when it's encouraged by all the imperial Powers"

You can repeat your words a million times but it doesn’t make them true. Yes, countries have a right to exist and Israel is an example of that.

Just watch a history of the world video. Nations come and go and are invaded all the time. The Moors don't own Spain anymore. The English don't own the US. The Mongolian Empire doesn't own China.

Wait, are you saying that Israel has no right to block any aid coming through the Gaza/Egypt border? I thought Israel claims it controls all of Gaza, including the Gaza side of the border with Egypt.

If that is false, then a free flow of food and supplies from Egypt shouldn’t be an issue for Israel, right?

I think what Gabor is saying is an accurate reflection of why the intensity of the genocide is ramping up. These neo-zionist share rhetoric and behaviors that do indeed resemble that of Nazi Germany.

Even though he's a holocaust Survivor, he will be dismissed as a self-hating Jew. Had he not been a Jew, they would have called him anti-Semitic for humanizing Palestinians just like they did with Miss Rachel.

My understanding is that Israel has also blocked the Rafah crossing.

Israel also did so since the war began. Egypt doesn't really want the border open, but I don't think they have any control of it since the war started.
