Palestinians Starving - What Can We Do?

What can we do to force Israel to let food and supplies into Gaza?

What can we do to force our leaders to do something?

I don’t think you can get Congress to act. Worrying about starving people in Gaza will get you labeled anti-Semitic by this administration.

Sorry to be harsh but very little. The plan of ethnic cleansing has been in the works for almost a century. We are now seeing the rapid progression to the "Final Solution."

As Jewish historian Ilan Pappe puts it - Israel is now in the last phase "that one can define as neo-Zionist. The old values of Zionism are now more extreme, far more aggressive form than they were before, trying to achieve in a short time what the previous generation of Zionists were trying to achieve in much longer, more, incremental, gradual way."

This is because Israel knows it has limited time to execute their plan as public opinion is waning due to increased awareness through social media and no longer having full control of the narrative.

Vote for democrats next time. People vilified the Biden Administration and ended up voting for Trump claiming they were the same. They weren't and aren't.

Holocaust survivors taught us the resilience of the human spirit. And when it was all over, at least some perpetrators were punished.

May the Palestinians continue to have that same resilience of human spirit. I wish the same for the Israeli hostages and their families. And may the war criminals (whether Israeli or Hamas) be brought to justice.

Tell the Palestinian people to turn over Hamas and all hostages.

Otherwise, carry on.

Why are all the Arab countries so silent?

Ummm, how would that work exactly? I don’t know about you, but as an ordinary U.S. citizen, I can’t just telephone Trump and his cronies and order them around.

Probably for the same reason countries were so silent in the lead-up to WWII?

They sure don’t seem nearly as sympathetic to the flight of the Palestinians as your average campus protestor. Maybe they see the Palestinians as the aggressors and not the victims?

This.

The extreme left is doing extraordinary damage to America and to Palestinians.

It’s an astonishingly stupid act of self-immolation.

The starving Palestinian children? We are talking about getting humanitarian aid in. How bad do you have to be to not allow aid?

I used to support Israel but you have lost all my support. Anyone who is not sickened by what is happening is a monster.

DP

The POS you're responding to doesn’t bother thinking about the fact that their “solution” isn’t even feasible. After all, you’re probably dealing with someone from Poland or Ukraine whose parents or grandparents insisted that a fairytale book about talking burning bushes and a bloodthirsty god promised them land thousands of miles away that was already occupied by indigenous people.
