No, cutie, he isn't.

DP. Yes he is. He is a citizen of El Salvador, currently residing in…… wait for it…. El Salvador.

He is in a prison (he has never been charged or convicted of anything, here or there) for terrorists in a country that persecuted him so much that he was granted withholding from removal there and the only reason that he did not receive asylum here was because he filed too late. He had a credible fear then of gangs, which maybe now has been resolved. Now he has a new credible fear.

He is not home.

His government can simply release him from jail then. Wonder why they haven’t?

Because trump is paying them to keep him in jail

Trump is paying them to keep their own citizen in jail? We have that power? Under what authority?

I honestly don’t know how those DOJ lawyers can live with themselves. This goes against everything lawyers are ethically required to do. Trump will just pardon them. I hope they’re all disbarred.

At this point, I think the most likely scenario is that he is dead. This would explain why the US is refusing to bring him back and hiding information. The political fallout of this information would be enormous and they are trying to avoid accountability.

But Trumpy's crimes are cool? Right.

Let's deport Dumpy Trumpy.

Yes, I would have to assume they have killed him already if they won't return him. I blame Trump for this death, if he is dead.

If El Salvador demanded we send an American to El Salvador would we?

I wish more of you understood the constitution. Maybe read 20 minutes a night. Understand what a group of immigrants wrote in 1787, one of the most stable constitutions in modern history. This administration has shown how important it is.

I bet he’s alive. Those guards no better than to immediately kill the guys that just arrived from America with all this attention on them. This is just how pathetic this President is.

None at all. Yet that is exactly what he’s doing.

I do understand the constitution. If he was a US Citizen, he’d have rights under it. He’s not, his bid for asylum was denied.

Yeah, these Trumpers are amazing in their similarity to royalists. They don't even realize it either.

If El Salvador wanted their citizen out of a jail in…. El Salvador, they can simply release him.
