Why can't your dog poop on your own lawn?

What are you going to do about it? Call the cops for trespass? When you do, they'll tell you what multiple people have already told you: the curbline/sidewalk easment is not your property to patrol and control, though you are expected to clear sidewalks when it snows because that's the law here. Instead of shouting at anons on an internet forum, you can look it up for yourself, or call the non-emergency line and ask someone to come out and hold your hand and walk you through your options.

You're the one making the asinine claim that you can use my property for whatever you want, so you should have to support it with something other than "it is so."

I know you're wrong and you are not allowed on my property (especially the way some of my neighbors were using it and leaving dog shit behind). I've already discussed it with my HOA. Perhaps you should do some of your own calling around before you illegally trespass on your neighbor's property.

The bigger question is, however, what a hole would WANT to do this to his neighbors?

Easy solution: let the curbline easement go to clover, or something more environmentally friendly than the sod you're wasting water and money on.

A similar scenario has probably already been mentioned. Today while waiting at a post office, looked out the window to see a man, who is a parent at local school and apparently lives across the post office, take his dog on a walk from their house- cross the street to a condo where the dog not only pooped once but let three times in different spots. Why are condo owners needing to pay HOA to beautify the condo's green space only for humans to use it as a toilet for their dogs? It was embarrassing watching this middle aged doctor - why CAN'T these people who need to have a dog train the dog to poop in their own yard? Disgusting.
