They most certainly do not pee in one spot over and over and over again until they kill my sod. Wild animals are also not walked on leashes by dumb owners who should know better. |
Bro... Shaggy levels of "it wasn't me" apply here. I'm not your neighbor, and my dogs are trained to go in my yard, on command, and they do. The curbline easement is not your property. You can keep getting bent out of shape about this, and it will still be true. As for your HOA, take it up with them. I don't trespass. I will, if needed, walk the curbline so I'm not walking in the street. This is not trespass. I'm not up on your property; I'm where a sidewalk would be so I'm not in the road, and my dogs are simply walking, not leaving mess. |
Sod? In this climate? What kind of boring idiot puts out sod? Easy solution: let the curbline easement go to clover, or something more environmentally friendly than the sod you're wasting water and money on. |
Bro, I did take it up with my HOA. Can you read? |
Literally none of your business. Worry about your own property and stay off of mine. |
Ahh you can't control wild animals. Unless you live far away from people we all have to deal with things that annoy us. |
You may not like it but you aren't going to be able to stop it 100 percent |
| Our grass is single ply and she’s a snob. |
| So, there's a business called doodycalls? scooping poop? |
| A similar scenario has probably already been mentioned. Today while waiting at a post office, looked out the window to see a man, who is a parent at local school and apparently lives across the post office, take his dog on a walk from their house- cross the street to a condo where the dog not only pooped once but let three times in different spots. Why are condo owners needing to pay HOA to beautify the condo's green space only for humans to use it as a toilet for their dogs? It was embarrassing watching this middle aged doctor - why CAN'T these people who need to have a dog train the dog to poop in their own yard? Disgusting. |
Because they know how disgusting it is and don't want it in front of their own hours on their own lawn. But they love to play dumb and tell us how they can't control where their dog does this. Of course, they can and they know exactly what they are doing. |
Dog urine kills some trees too. Red buds are particularly susceptible. |
green lawn monocultures also kill trees. if people pick up after their dogs, who cares where they poop? |
Can you please attempt to read even a little bit of the thread before responding? |
i did, didn't change what i wanted to say. |
