That's what coats, hats and gloves are for.

Pick up a shovel and do it yourself, blowhard,

Where do you report a low income housing complex that still has not cleaned out the walking paths and sidewalks at the complex? Who can help with this?

How can I report the fancy commercial apartment building next to mine that didn't shovel all the way to their property line?

The postal service said they aren't delivering our mail unless we have a clear safe path from the street to our front door. Its almost done. Maybe done by next week. We are old and can only do so much.

It won't matter bc many of the ordinances don't require you to shovel if you're infirm. This isn't who OP is talking about.

I'm curious if these rich people who can't pay someone to shovel are the same ones who pay people to put Christmas lights on their rooftops.

It's so cold out this week that we can take a pile of ice and drive it to OP's house and dump it there.

My county’s schools are closed this week. No reason to break the ice on my sidewalk. Only folks walking outside are kids going around sledding and dog walkers. Kids have no problems walking on the ice, dog walkers can either walk on the ice or the empty street or the side of the sidewalk. Dog walkers are not the boss of me. Why does the ice need to cleared. Pointless.

Mail carriers, delivery people, people walking to work. Surely at least one of those applies to your sidewalks?

Every neighborhood gets mail except certain rural routes with PO boxes. Doubt any of there are in the DMV.
