Lol! What a ridiculous dress. She looks so foolish!

Her hair looks foolish.
She's got Barry Gibb hair and the crown just mashes it all down.

She needed to take notes from Elizabeth and create an updo look. Can be done with even short hair.

I really think Camilla looks great here. She's a 70+ year old woman wearing a beautiful cream silk dress. She looks like a Queen.

I agree. She looks perfect. The dress is perfect and it looks fabulous on her.

We don't know if that's a faux pa or her personal preference, comfort over vanity.

I had to read this a few times to figure out wth you were saying "faux pas"

And the angle they sit on one’s head - what hair style could possibly look good with that - esp for a 70 yr old woman. Ok - I think long hair in a braid down the back maybe.
Camilla just wants to be at the barn, I think.
I do love the tiaras or more understated crowns worn by Diana and Elizabeth- Kate too.

You do realize these crowns are from the 1600s, right? Braids are probably exactly the hairstyles that people were wearing at the time.

Swoon! She is stunning. Love everything about the look

The black knee high socks and loafers are jarring

You do know it's a traditional outfit right? It's like b$itching about Santa's red suit or the Pope's robes.

+1 or that Charles and Camilla's crowns aren't "stylish". That's not really the point.

Or the robes and crowns at the coronation?

Her headpiece was so gorgeous.

The Significance: Middleton also demonstrated that she's always capable of surprising her fans with her fashion choices. She eschewed the predictions that she would wear a traditional tiara to the coronation, and instead, chose a silver headpiece by Jess Collett x Alexander McQueen, featuring embroidery work of rose, thistle, daffodil, and shamrock symbolizing the four nations of the UK.

100% agree - gorgeous.

It is a phenomenal photo. It captured so much in one picture.

Camilla wouldn’t allow the other women to wear tiaras being afraid she’d be upstaged, Camilla seems very jealous of Kate and it’s been reported that Camilla is snobby toward her.

Or alllll the kilts, worn with even more ridiculous footwear accoutrements.

Perfection.

I agree, this is lovely. Who are these people?

Crown Prince and Princess of Denmark.

If like me you wanted to see the whole thing it’s here:

The purple heels are a bit too matchy for my taste, but otherwise this outfit is perfect.

Don't knock the kilts.

I think she had their dogs embroidered on her dress.

I really feel for her. Imagine being a 70 year old woman and having everything you do be wrong for 40 years.

She never claimed to be some fashion maven or classic beauty. And people hate her for that (yes other things as well).

She was dressed appropriately. That’s all that matters.

I hadn't noticed the dogs on her dress! Oh, I really love that. Here's more: https://www.townandcountrymag.com/society/tradition/a43814349/queen-camilla-coronation-gown-rescue-dogs/

I find this odd and rather childish, but yet I am on board with it! Why not embroider what she likes the most?

Who is the kilt guy? He’s hot.

I like the kilts but I feel like the ridiculous robes worn by the royal family just underscores how antiquated and irrelevant this whole system is. Kate’s is so over the top with the ribbons and flag colors that it looks like a parrot oiece. It’s like ridiculous cosplay … but real. None of this is making me regret the revolution, that’s for sure. And I think if I were a commonwealth citizen I would really be wondering about this whole system’s relevance.
