Some people think its floors kitchens and bathrooms, so like another construction/remodeling company but currently its just another llc amr omar elrahimy filed like 4 days before his bankruptcy. Nothing to see here right? |

FKB Inc. is a Maryland Corporation created by Amr Elrahimy a few days before announcing to customers his intent to file bankruptcy for Optimum Construction. I guess this is what someone claiming to have no funds, no assets, a failed business does? You create a new home improvement company as you announce failure of your current company? i don't remember the trustee asking about FKB. However, I am pretty sure it would have been another invocation of his 5th amendment right. |

The 341 meetings are held on Zoom and anyone can attend. I assume we can post the access here. If anyone feels it should not be posted here please speak up. Otherwise we can provide the information prior to the next meeting on April 12. it is interesting to see the process. The trustee, after verifying the debtor asks standard questions and then ask more probing questions. This is where things get interesting and to be honest, comical in this case. I can only assume invoking your 5th amendment right to not incriminate yourself only paints a huge target on you. The whole basis of a bankruptcy is to receive discharge of the debts you need to cooperate with the bankruptcy process. Definitely more to see on this one... |

Reverse that time line: he set up a new llc 4 days before bankruptcy. Also he does have another source of income, his GRIP supercar events. Amr Elrahimy and optimum construction are under 6 felony cases by the state and have hurt at least 37 families. Hope there will be justice. |

| Hopefully there will be 37 for every victim he has hurt. Keep filing them and get justice for yourself and others. Stop supporting his other companies like Grip and GoPro as he’s doing work for them. |

| Thus far it appears that only Omar Elrahimy has been charged by the state in the seven cases of Felony Theft. Just wondering if this means the state is happy taking down Omar and no one else that may have supported the thefts or does it mean others are testifying against him? Guess time will tell. |

| It was interesting that the Optimum Construction bankruptcy filing only listed two people that maintained books and records. One was Xperttax Accounting and they were hired in 2022. The other was Bobbie Smith who had been with Optimum Construction since 2017. Omar Elrahimy was not listed as someone that maintained the books and records. However, he was listed as having possession of the books at the time of filing for bankruptcy. |
