| Yes the ford came up, I guess mommy and daddy buys his cars lol. Couldn’t explain where any of the other vehicles were but 2 trucks which he claims is behind Clarksburg office and one at carmax. However he has a storage unit with no value… hmm but had a fully loaded showroom. He was pleading the 5th on everything possible. |

| A number of questions by the trustee related to cars and trucks. Sad that Omar Elrahimy dragged his parents into his mess. He said that the Ford F150 was purchased and titled in his father's name, the Ford Fusion was purchased and titled in his mother's name. He said that Optimum Construction was paying for them. When asked by the trustee why Optimum Construction did not purchase these vehicles he said that Optimum Construction could not get loans to purchase them. Do you think that the loans Optimum Construction got for the 2019 AMG GTR ($170K new) and the 2021 AMG C63 ($98K new) and the 2020 Ram 2500 may have anything to do with the inability to purchase actual business vehicles? Come on man.... If anyone on the call heard something different please correct me. This was from my memory but there were times I was laughing so hard I may have missed something. |

Sorry for the late reply but the personal and business bankruptcy all rolled up together. However the meeting will continue on April 12th at 10am! And that will lead into the first 4 criminal felony cases so April is gonna be pretty busy for old Amr Omar Elrahimy owner of Optimum Constructions, Optimum Interiors, GRIP Supercar Events, and possibly FKB whenever he tries to roll that out. Between the bankruptcy hearings, him pleading the 5th at every corner and the felony cases for fraud... woof. |
