The trustee, after verifying the debtor asks standard questions and then ask more probing questions. This is where things get interesting and to be honest, comical in this case. I can only assume invoking your 5th amendment right to not incriminate yourself only paints a huge target on you. The whole basis of a bankruptcy is to receive discharge of the debts you need to cooperate with the bankruptcy process. Definitely more to see on this one...[/quote]
