No the club was average before that. Just not big enough club player pool to see the success people want to see. The club was maxed out a few years back. You cant develop without potential.

Great seeing LB here on DCUM. She loves the narrative that someone did this to lmvsc and can’t live with the reality that the downfall of the club lies on her hands and nobody else’s.

Yeah and they literally all left with their coaches to SYC; some went on to other top teams like Arlington and Alexandria

LB doesn’t understand how to run a business so, be patient, the fees will be lower than anyone else in town soon. It is close to the being a rec only program so fees will lower for sure.

Dumb post from SYC member or former employee. Regardless of LB, the club does have good coaches. I'm very pleased with the work and commitment from the coaches assigned to both of my DC teams.

There are sure a lot of families that have left lmvsc for a multitude of reasons, many of which point back to one person. LB changes like the wind and consistently makes promises that never amount to anything. We left and are happy with the decision as we feel LB will say anything necessary to take money from honest working people.

I would agree with this comment if it were not for the fact that this organization exists as a "non-profit" which means they are not accountable to paying taxes. Moreover, under the leadership of LB, all the non-profit rules meant to govern how the organization operates are flouted because the so-called board of directors is nothing but a bunch of sycophants and lackeys who serve at LB's pleasure. Yes, a family can decide to leave and take their children elsewhere but doing so doesn't diminish the reality their is no accountability in the form of paying taxes nor does the State of Virginia pay any attention to questionable business practices.

We have rarely encountered LB and are more focused on DC's coaches which I would agree with the above posters where we are happy with the coaching. My kids are on good not great teams and they are getting better. They enjoy playing and as long as LB doesn't impact me/them then we are ok for now.
