No the club was average before that. Just not big enough club player pool to see the success people want to see. The club was maxed out a few years back. You cant develop without potential.

So lower our fees then :-/

LB doesn’t understand how to run a business so, be patient, the fees will be lower than anyone else in town soon. It is close to the being a rec only program so fees will lower for sure.

Dumb post from SYC member or former employee. Regardless of LB, the club does have good coaches. I'm very pleased with the work and commitment from the coaches assigned to both of my DC teams.

Nobody looks good here. Please stop it and sort it out in person. Both sides are an embarrassment to their current clubs.

I don’t know how Alexandria doesn’t look like the best spot. LMVSC is a poorly run program and SYC only cares about how poorly run LMVSC is.

LMVSC has excellent coaches. That is why our family and those I know stay.

Alexandria would be a second option if we ever decided to leave.

Sorry - did not mean to imply there were not excellent coaches and players. I am just talking about the chatter between former colleagues. It reflects very poorly on both of them individually.

Imagine being the technical director at a different club for three years and you still troll post your previous club

We can try imaging all we want. Facts don’t lie. Player registration has dropped in all parts of the club and little has been to address it. One can not continue to use COVIN as the excuse. If you truly care about the club, pass the torch to an innovative mind and watch things soar....right now we are watching things sore....or sour.

Do the right thing and turn things over to one that will move the needle in the positive direction.

Can only speak to 03 team this year but coaches killed that team.

What happened? Didn’t the coach come to SYC?

“Come to SYC” not “go to SYC”? If that isn’t proof enough for you that SYC directors aren’t always on this thread, I don’t know what you’ll need.

Thank you, EM. Yes, you hired one of the coaches.

Didn’t lmvsc hire a famed college coach to lead this age group, then offer TG (former 03 coach) teams in the younger age group? This move surely attracted older, quality players to come play at lmvsc for a season. Is that not what happened? Or is the age group struggling to form a team now?

^-- just ask TG. After all, you just hired him.
